Abstract
Radio-Frequency Interference (RFI) signals are undesired signals that degrade or disrupt the performance of wireless communications and satellite navigation receivers. This Master Thesis presents the design, real-time FPGA hardware implementation, and experimental validation of digital signal processing algorithms for the detection and mitigation of continuous-wave, chirp, and pulsed radio-frequency interference in Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) and passive microwave remote sensing receivers.
